How do I reset my progress?

If you have fallen behind, or simply want a fresh start, you can reset your progress via Relio's in-app settings.

Please note, that this will entirely wipe your progress, and you will be moved back to week 1, day 1 of Relio.

You can restart the Relio program by following these steps:

1. On your "Today" screen, tap three dots on the top right side of your device
2. Tap on the setting icon
3. Scroll down, tap "Restart Program"
